BRIAN L FEDORICK ? BIOGRAPHY

I earned my real estate license in March 1989. Before becoming a real estate agent, I worked 24 years in a management capacity, with a large transportation company. While with this company I was relocated several times. I have lived in Kamloops, Vancouver, Winnipeg, Lloydminster, Calgary and finally Edmonton where I decided to make a career change to real estate. From the start, I have been with Century 21.

I have earned numerous awards in real estate, including receiving a ?Million Dollar Club? membership with the Edmonton Real Estate Board. The award I cherish the most, however, is my Century 21 Centurian.

Real estate gives me the time flexibility and the income to enjoy my life fully. In the spring and summer I play in the Edmonton Senior Slowpitch League. With my tournament team, we travel to different towns most summer weekends and wind-up the season every year, with the big seniors? event in Kamloops. We follow that up with the World Seniors? Games every October in St. George, Utah.

For winter fun and exercise, I recently took up curling. I enjoy it so much that I play 4 mornings per week from October through March. My wife and I also like to get away from the cold with a sunny vacation each winter. We have enjoyed many destinations such as Hawaii, Cuba, Barbados, and several different locales in the southern U.S. and in Mexico. The Mexican destinations are our favourite.

I deal mainly in commercial real estate. I find it gives me more free time on weekends and evenings. I am involved quite heavily with the Commercial Division of the Edmonton Real Estate Board as a busy volunteer member of the Commercial Committee.
