Working in residential real estate under the Century 21 banner in Edmonton since 1992, Chris has seen the powerful results of listening to the needs of his clients. Though he wins awards annually, including Century 21?s highest annual award, Centurion Producer, Chris feels that his greatest achievement in real estate is the referral business he does for his past clients, their friends, and families. ?No higher compliment can be paid to any Realtor than the referrals they earn by first earning the trust, faith, and confidence of their past clients, be they buyer or seller?. Chris takes as much pride in helping make a young couple?s first home purchase easy and exciting, as he does in helping a retiring couple leave the home that they raised their family in, selling it to a new family, full of possibility.
Chris spends quality time with his clients and gives them 100% of his energy. He works hard, and plays the same way. Backpacking in the mountains for days at a time, skiing the Rockies, passionate about great cars, and recently becoming a certified scuba diver, Chris loves to use, and sometimes abuse his body, any way he can. ?I fell off a cliff on a backpack trip in the front ranges of the Rockies a few years ago. Funny story, it didn?t really hurt? just made me think about things a bit. Life?s all about balance. We balance work, play, and family.
